If your home is on the list it is possible that your current lender may
not required you to have Flood Insurance. If you refinance or sell may
have to get it. This issue has caused problems for people buying St Clare
homes.

April 3, 2007 Woltman residence LOMA letter from FEMA
After many months of phone calls with an enormous help from my original
loan advisor/agent, Mr. Devin Franchino, I was able through American Flood
Research Inc. to get my property exempt from flood insurance requirements.
It necessitated having my home surveyed and the proper papers filed with
FEMA.

I will add that Mr Franchino went above and beyond in his help to get
this ridiculous requirement eliminated. There is a cost however, this
fee was paid by my original mortgage company.
